This small town doesn’t have it’s own post office or school system and it doesn’t even matter since Johnson’s sister cities take such good care of it. The most important thing you need to know about Johnson is that you will find some of the best food in Northwest Arkansas in this little town. You probably also need a reminder not to speed through Johnson. Many speeding tickets have been handed out on Main Drive / Johnson Mill Blvd.. Locals know to slow their roll. We try to get the speed limit sign to give us a happy face these days. Drive through Johnson and you’ll know what I’m talking about.
The Clear Creek neighborhood and the Blessings Golf Club are actually in Johnson, but they have Fayetteville addresses. When it comes to real estate in Johnson, Arkansas, all eyes are on Johnson Square, which has Springdale addresses. Phase I of Johnson Square has been sold out. We’re waiting for Phase II. If your dreams are to build a custom house within walking distance of a coffee shop, restaurant, hair salon, and a pilates studio, this may be for you. If you love big front porches, you’ll love the style of this neighborhood. Over the last year lots have sold for $58,510 to $132,978. Homes have sold for $400,000 to $995,000, or between $253.12 per square foot to $287.03 per square foot.
