Founded in 1871, the University of Arkansas is the largest university in Arkansas. Old Main is the original UArk building and is one of the most recognizable symbols of the university. Due to it’s placement, sitting high on “The Hill,” Old Main can be seen from miles away at many vantage points in Fayetteville. The Razorbacks compete in NCAA Division 1 as members of the Southeastern Conference (SEC) where you’ll hear fans famously “Call the Hogs!” Make sure you click that link. “There is so much to say about Jill’s work ethic and professionalism. She pays attention to every tiny detail and is extremely organized. I can’t thank her enough. I would highly recommend Jill to anyone looking to buy or sell their home."

If you need a place to eat and spend the night, check out Ella’s Table at The Inn at Carnall Hall on campus. The original building where you’ll now find The Inn at Carnall Hall was originally built in 1905 as a woman’s dormitory. Over the years it served as university classrooms and as Phi Gamma Delta fraternity house. The building was converted to a hotel in 2003 and is where families love to stay for Razorback games and university events.

Don’t tell anyone, but there are rumors of a new social club and hotel in the Markham Hill area. Beautiful new homes are already under construction in this area. This sounds like significant property appreciation is around the corner!
